Elegant Empire style curved back settee. This pretty bench has a mahogany frame with a double chair style back with X-splats and ebony details. There are curved and reeded arms, legs and an apron with a cane seat. The cushion is down filled and reversible with a zipper closure. The cushion is made of a woven silk fabric in blue and gold tones with an iridescent quality. There is Tag on the underside, but no makers label. A great piece for a guestroom or enrtyway!
